What the case studies present in the book like that of teenage smoking or teaching children from TV Shows are some of things very amazing about the book. Gladwell shares his research and the solutions also. So the point remains that how does little things suddenly become so significant.
Gladwell explains this through the certain kinds of people in our society that connect us or influence us so much so that the insignificant event gathers a mass of people within itself.
Overall, the book is simply a teacher and a mentor to change how we deal with social problems. The effective solutions to our mainstream problems are explained in this book.
